Πως χωρίς εντάσεις και καυγάδες θα μπορούσαμε  και τους γονείς μας να ικανοποιήσουμε αλλά και το διάβασμά  μας να κάνουμε με τους δικούς  μας ρυθμούς και προπαντός με αποτελεσματικό  τρόπο;

ΓΙΑΤΙ Η ΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΚΗ ΜΑΘΗΣΗ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΚΑΛΥΤΕΡΗ ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΠΑΙΔΙ;

There you can eat Food  with  chopsticks  instead  of  a  knife  and  fork! Indian Restaurants  always have curry, which is  really  hot  because it’ s  got  curry  powder  in  it. But  there  are  restaurants that serve  traditional  Mexican,  Italian  or  Greek  food, too.
Of  course, you  can  find  fast  food  restaurants  everywhere, but  they’ re  boring. I  want  to  try  some  Mexican  food. Mexicans  often  use  Chillies  in  their  food,  so  it  can  be  really  hot.

THE WATER CYCLE

The  'water cycle' is  the continuous movement of water on earth. There is only a limited amount of water on our planet, and this same amount goes round and round in  an endless  cycle, changing from liquid to gas and back to liquid again.

The glass of water on your table may have been rain only a week ago, but it has been around for million of years!

There are four main stages of the water cycle. The first stage is evaporation. This is when the water in seas, lakes and rivers is heated by the sun, and turns into vapour, or gas. This vapour rises in the atmosphere. The next stage, condensation, is when the vapour gets cold and becomes liquid again, forming tiny water droptes that make up the clouds in the sky.

The third stage is precipitation. This happens when the atmosphere is so full of water that it is too heavy for the air to hold. This is when it rains, hails or snows.

The final stage is collection. The precipitation (rain, hail or snow) either falls back into the seas, rivers and lakes, or falls on the ground. When it falls on the ground, some of it is absorbed by the earth and becomes part of what is called "ground water", which is what plants and animals use. The water that runs over the ground flows back to the lakes, the rivers and the oceans, where the cycle begins again.

AMAZON RIVER

For  many  years, it was thought that the Nile was the longest river  in  the  world. However, new research suggests that  this honour should actually go to the Amazon  Measuring the length of a river is not always straightforward, because the exact locations of its mouth and its source need to be determined. In June 2007, scientists on an expedition in the mountains of Peru claimed that they had found the true source of the Amazon, and that it was much further south than had been previously believed.  It they are correct, it would increase the length of the Amazon from 6, 437 km to about 6,800 km, making it longer than the Nile (estimated to be 6, 695 km long) and consequently our planet's longest river. Despite the  Amazon's  incredible length, it is an interesting fact that no bridges cross the river at any point.

Debate is likely to continue about the length of the Amazon. However, there is absolutely no doubt that it carries more water than any other river. It is fed by around 15,000 smaler rivers  (called tributaries),  and the Amazon and its tributaries flow through six countries: Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Brazil. Some people have calculated that the Amazon can discharge as much as 200 million litres of water every secibd into the Atlantic Ocean. This is so much fresh water that, for some distance off the coast, the water is drinkable, and not salty.

The  Amazon is impressive for far more than just its size. The river and the raiforest which surrounds it make up the most diverse ecosystem on our planet. The Amazon teems with life.More than 3,00 species of fish have been found in its waters, including piranhas and the largest freshwater fish in the world, the arapaima. The river is also home to species of dolphin, the giant  other, turtles and alligators. Also lurking in its shallow waters are anacondas, the largest snake in the world.

The Amazon rainforest is also home to a  staggering variety of life forms. There are an estimated two and half million species of birds and mammals, many of which are unique  to this area.

In eddition to all  these creatures, a  large number of people also call the  Amazon Rainforest home. Most of these people live in town and cities, but there are also large numbers of indigenous people who have traditional lifestyles.

In the Brazilian amazon alone, there are thought to be as many as 400 different indigenous groups, some of whom still have very little contact with our "outside" world. These tribes are heavily dependent on the rainforest for their survival. It provides almost all of their food, clothes, medicines and shelter. These people tend to live in small settlements. They hunt and fish, and clear small areas of the forest for farming. As these are only small numbers of these people, their lifestyle is sustainable- they do not do any long- term damage to the forest. When their farmland becomes less fertile ( typically after four or five years), they move on to a new area and the rainforest quickly grows back.

Sadly, this traditional way of life is under threat. Logging, mining and oil companies, as well as cattle farmers, are destroying huge areas of the rainforest  where indigenous tribes used to live. When this happens, the indigenous people are forced to move to other areas, sometimes even to crowded cities, where they have to struggle to adapt to urban life.

The destruction of the rainforest threatens these indigenous people and countries species of plants and animals. It may also dramatically affect the whole planet. The trees in the rainforest absorb huge amounts of carbon dioxide - one of the responsible for global warming.

What is more, it is believed that plants that grow in the rainforest may provide us with invaluable new medicines. Many drugs which use plants from the Amazon as ingredients have already been developed. Plants which have not yet been discovered may offer cures for a range of life-threatening illnesses. We cannot simply look on as the rainforest is destroyed. It is vitally important that we do everything we can to protect the rainforest and the mighty Amazon River which flows through it.

SOCOTRA ISLAND

You have to see it to believe it!
If you wanted to get away from your normal everyday life and wake up in a place that's like nowhere you  have ever been before, where would you go? If I were  you, I'd vosit Socotra. If you go there, you can imagine that you are on another planet, or that you have travelled to another time in the Earth's history.

This would actually be closer to the truth. The island of Socotra lies in the Indian Ocean and has been isolated from the mainland of Africa for 6 or 7 million  years! It has hundreds of rare plants and many of these exist nowhere else  on Earth.
For example, there is the Dragon's Blood tree. This strange species looks more like a flying saucer than anything natural! And what about the Desert Rose? If you saw some of these, you would thing they were an elephant's legs with pink flowers on top!

The architecture here is also unique. Even when you see the houses on the mountain tops, it is difficult to believe they are real. Visit  a village on this island and you might  imagine that you are asleep and dreaming, or perhaps that you are taking part in a science fiction film!

The name Socotra means " the island of happiness" Indeed, if you see its magical  landscapes, full of peace and quiet, its clear blue sea and amazing beaches, you will think that you are in paradise! If only there were more places like this in the world today!

NEGOTIATING

For Better Negotiations

Your working life is full of negotiations. You don' t    just negotiate with other companies. Your negotiate whenever there  are two parties with different needs. And even though everyone involved wants to find a   compromise that is mutually  acceptable, many people dislike negotiating because of the conflicting interests.

But negotiations need not be confrontational. Don' t try to win a negotiation. If you treat it as a contest, you will create  a hostile atmosphere. Respect the other person and try to understand  his or her needs. This way, you can create a spirit  of   cooperation.

Sometimes the other party may reject your suggestions, and you need to anticipate this. A negotiation is a trade- off, and sometimes you will need to back down. So prepare alternative options in case  your preferred solution is  unacceptable. Finally, don' t negotiate it you are tired or stressed. You will never close the deal when negotiations are too  intense.
Reschedule to another  time.

Negotiations can help a business  to get better deals with their suppliers and to identify  how much money different customers are willing  to pay for goods or services. Both of these  will increase  a company' s profits.
A  good negotiator must be able to remain calm under pressure, and to block out emotions  and behave only according to logic. They must also be able to understand the other negotiating parties' positions  and be respectful towards them.
Before the negotiation, think what it is you want to get from it and what the other company needs. Always treat the other party with respect and   anticipate any reasons why they might reject your suggestions.

Tonight, economics professor  James Murray gave a special lecture on the global economy. He exlained that globalization has led to higher economic output  in  many places. This, in turn, creates a higher standard  of living. In some places, the increase is up  to ten percent.
Murray says this is because having  a global  economy  allows developing  countries  to trade with industrialized countries. As a result, national debts can be lowered and consumers can get products at lower prices. Also, workers in countries that  engage in global commerce  have better paying, higher quality jobs. All these things lead to increased prosperity.

The gross  domestic product (GDP) of a country increases when it participates in global trade. The expanded  market requires countries to produce more goods and services. However, the downside is interdependence. The daily choices  we  make, such   as which clothes we buy, can actually have an affect  on the economy of a country thousands of miles away. Its economy is dependent  on what we buy. If a
country' s trading partner  has a downturn in its economy, it will affect  that country's  economy as  well.

In conclusion, Professor Murray started that our economy is no longer solely based on Wall Stree trends. Instead, the global economy is what will determine our economic situation in the years to come.

WORK YOUR BRAIN

The brain is one of the largest and most complex organs in the human body. It is made up of more than 100 billion nerves that communicate in trillions of connections called synapses.

A friend of mine told me recently that she couldn't survive  without going to the gym every  day. She claimed  that it got rod of stress, boosted  her energy levels and gave her peace of mind. " That is great," I replied. "But do you ever exercise your brain?" She gave  me a look that could only mean "Huh/" And she is not the only one who had a "what?" moment when I mentioned  the subject.

I got the skinny  on brain exercise when I talked to an expert in brain science recently for a project. He told me  that millions of people followed physical exercise routiness in order to keep fit, but that there was also a lot you could do to  keep  your brain in topnotch shape. The odd thing is that most people don' t have a clue that there is any way to keep your brain in great shape. But there definitely is. The exercises are usually called "Neurobics," and they are based on research done at neurobiology labs around
 the world.

Brain cells learn by literally creating new links with each other. For many years, experts claimed that you could only succeed in making new connections during youth. But this is far from true, as recent scientific evidence  has shown. The human brain has an amazing capacity for regeneration  and, at every stage of life, it has the ability to reorganize and rewire itself. This is really obvious when people have serious brain injuries. Even if part of their brain is destroyed, it is very evident  that they can still relearn oid skills and learn new ones as well.

There  are many ways to  exercise your brain, of course: doing puzzles, playing chess ...  even doing your homework! But because a large area of the brain is used for processing sensory inputs, Neurobics uses all the senses - hearing, sight, smell, touch and even taste - to build new networks in the brain. I told the expert that sounded  like a lot of hard work, and at my age (17), didn' t think it was necessary, anyway. He quickly contradicted me. "Not  true," he said. "The exercise are easy and fun. And brain exercise is essential to good health."

MOUNT EVEREST

In  1953, over 50 years ago, the first climbers successfully  climbed Mountain  Everest. It is the highest mountain in  the  world and so is also called  'the  roof  of  the  world'. This incredible mountain is still one of the most challenging to climb and mountaineers are still trying to do so. It stards 8,850 metres above sea level at the summit, and was probably formed about 30,000,000 years ago. The  whole  mountain is  covered by glaciers, or rivers of ice which sweep down  from the top to the  botton.

The climate on Mount Everest  is always  extreme. In January, which  is the coldest  month, temperatures can drop as low as  -60oc at  the summit,  and in July, which is the warmest month, temperatures only go as high as  -19oc. It is never above freezing. From June untill Septebmer, there are violent snowstorms and winds can blow athurricane force. Some times as strong as 285 kilometres per hour.

The  difficulties of climbing  Mount Everest  seem  insurmountable. Snow  and  ice  avalanches are a constant danger and the winds are  treacherous. However, lack of oxygen is probably the most problematical aspect. The air holds only a third as much oxygen at this altitude. This resultsin all  kinds of ill effects, such as hypothermia, extreme tiredness, lack of coordination, headaches,
nausea and double vision. Even so, Everest has been climbed by more than 2,200 mountaineers, Unfortunately, however, about 200 climbers have lost their lives during the climb and most of the bodies have never been recovered. They are still lying on the mountain.
Climbing groups never attempt the  climb without a Sherpa guide. Sherpas  are the people who live around the base of the mountain range. Their physical strength is well known and they are able to breathe much more easily.at high altitudes because their lungs are used to the thin air. They known all the routes and the dangers on the mountain, so their advice is invaluable. The most famous was in the group that first climbed the mountain in 1953 with Sir Edmund  Hillary.

According to the National  Geographic Magazine, Mount  Everest is still growing. It rises about 4 millimetres every year. This is because the  two tectonic plates of Asia and India are pushing against each other, so Everest is getting higher and higher. The Himalayas remain the highest mountain range in the world and because of the dangers, the most formidable.

THE TRADITION OF COFFEE DRINKING

Coffee  drinking  is  an important  part  of daily  life  in  many countries  of  the  world. People rely  on  a cup  of  coffee to wake them  up  in  the  morning, and  coffee  shops provide important  social  centres  in both  cities  and rural villages, Made  from the bean  of  the  coffee  plant, coffee  is  a  true  gift  of nature  and its popularity  has led to the growth  of  a  global  industry.

The  coffee  plant itself dates back millions  of years, but aromatic drink is only about  1000 years old. It is  not known when man first realized that coffee' s coffeine  content gave you energy, making it ideal to drink early in the morning or when tired. However, it is certain  that the first attempts to make coffee were boiled and the flavoursome  liquid consumed. It was only after 300 years that the Arabs discovered  the benefits of roasting and grinding the  beans into fine particles, the method still used today.

There  are  many  ways of drinking  coffee, for example, the small cups of sweet Arabic or Greek coffee, which are drunk in local coffee houses. French-style filter coffee and of course, the Italian espresso. Espresso is one of the most popular choices of coffee today  due to its rich flavour, and it is used as a  base for cappuccino with the addition of hot milk. Coffee  shops can now be found all over Europe. They offer  an exciting range of coffee drinks to suit all  tastes, and a relaxing  place  to meet friends  and family  and catch up on  news and gossip.

A PLACE FOR BOTH WORK AND PLAY

Dubai
A  Dream  Holiday  Location
Situated  on  the  Persian  Gulf, party surrounded  by  desert,  Dubai  is a city  of opportunity  both for business  people and tourists. Since the formation of the Arab Emirates back  in  the  1970s,  Dubay has  become a  major commercial  centre in the  Middle  East,  and has become home to a fascinating multi- cultural  population  of  people of both  Eastern  and Western origin. Historically  significant due to its position  on  the  trade  route to India,  Dubai is still  an important  port. however, people nowadays come to dubai for a variety  of reasons, often combining business  with pleasure in a city that offers a wide diversity  of entertainment  and high quality  accommodation.

Dubai has an excellent climate all  year, making it a  perfect destination  for tourists  in search of sunshine, fun and relaxation. Its white sandy  beaches  and  crystal waters provide the ideal setting  for those who want to escape  the cold, dark northern winters. As well as lazing  in the  sun, there  are many water  sports, such as diving  and sailing, to prevent anyone from becoming bored. What' s more, those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle  of the city can experience  safari and camel treks across  the  vast  Arabian  Desert, an  area  completely  undisturbed  by  man.

For winter sports enthusiasts, Dubai even has a  snow park,  a huge sports complex with real snow. Here  it  is possible  to practice  all  kinds  of  snow sports such  as skiing  and snowboarding, and there  are facilities  for beginners  as  well  as  more advanced winter sports  enthusiasts.  It also gives non- skiers or families  with young  children  a chance to  play  in  the snow, go tobogganing  and explore  an  ice cave. It  is difficult  to  imagine  that  snow never  melts in  the  middle  of  the  desert, but  it seems that  in Dubai, anything  is possible.

There  are  many  types  of hotels  in  the  city, including  the  tallest  hotel  in  the  world  situated  on  its  own  exclusive  island. Currently under construction  is  the  largest  hotel in  the  world  which will  have  over  6000  rooms  on  completion. Many  of  Dubai's hotels have first class  restaurants  and health spas and  are all  famous  for  their  excellent  service. In  fact, Dubai is the only  city in  the  world  with  a  seven  star  hotel! Another  adventurous project  is  that  of  a  revolving  skyscraper  which, when  finished, will  make  a  complete  360  degree  turn  once  a  week,  ensuring  the  people  living  in  its 200  apartments  never  become  tired  of  their  view!

As  well  as  its  impressive  architecture, business  opportunities  and  entertainment, Dubai has  long been  famous  for  its  tax- free goods. To accommodate  the  tastes  of  even  the  most  discriminating  buyer, there  are  many  luxurious boutigues  and  shopping  malls, offering  everything  from  designer  clothes  to  perfume  and  jewellery, all  at  attractive  prices. For  a  more  authentic  experience, there  is  the  gold bazaar  where  prices  are not fixed, so customers  can argue  about  the  price. Such  bargaining  is certainly  good  fun! Dubai, it seems, has so much variety  to offer  that  everyone  who visits  it will  feel  richer  for  the experience.

TSUNAMIS

Tsunamis  are a series  of large waves that strike a coastal  area. They are usually  extremely destructive and can travel very quickly. They can cause great devastation and can easily kill thousands of people. The word 'tsunami' is a Japanese  word. When translated,  it literally  means 'harbour  wave'. 'Tsu' means  'harbour'  and 'nami' means  'wave'. Very often they are called tidal waves, but this is an inaccurate term because tides do not cause  a tsunami to occur. Tidal waves are requlated by the gravitational pull of  the  moon, which means that the movement of tides is regular.

A tsunami is sometimes  created  when  there is an earthquake  under the  sea. After the earthquake, the floor of the  sea moves up and down and, and as  a result,  a huge wave is formed. A tsunami wave moves at a very high speed and is virtually unstoppable. Travelling at a speed of up to 1,ooo kilometres an hour, it can go across an entire ocean in only a few hours. When tsunami reaches the shore, it could be as high as a hundred  metres. Very often, first tsunami wave to hit the coast is followed by others, which  are sometimes  more destructive than the first.

How do we know when a tsunami is coming? Sometimes we can feel  the erthquake and this may be the first clue. However, if the earthquake is in the deep  sea, then very  often there  is no indication  that  it  has happened or that a tsunami will occur.
The most obvious sign of  tsunami when the  water on the shoreline goes out to sea very quickly. It could be as  soon as five minutes. In places where this might happen, there  are usally  warning systems such as sirens on the beach. Also, in some coastal regions, there are machines that detect seismic activity  in  the  water, which cause the sirens to go off.

What can you do if you know that a tsunami is coming? The first thing to do is abandon everything. Do not take anything with you because you might not have enough time. Go towards higher ground, a hill or a mountain and just keep  climbing. Never go down to the beach to watch  the spectacle. Yoy may not live to tell the tale. Most importantly , if you have managed to escape the wave, do not believe that you are save, because the second or third wave could be even more devastating. If you are fortunate enough to escape with your life, never return to your dwellings until the 'all  clear'  has  been  announced.

On the 26th  December   2004, the  most deadly tsunami ever to be recorded occurred in the  Indian Ocean. The earthquake, which started the tsunami measured  a  themendous  9.15  on  the Richter scale. All the countries  which surround the  Indian Ocean were affected, especially  Indonesia. In this particular case, there was a much longer delay before the tsunami hit  the coast and, therefore, most of  the inhabitants  were taken  by  surprise. On  that  day,  approximately  283,000  people lost their lives, and 168,000 of  them were in Indonesia alone. Apart  from the loss of human lives, it resulted  in resulted  in an  enormous enviromental  tragedy, which will affect this particular  area  for  years  to come.

WHY PEOPLE TAKE AND LOOK AT PHOTOGRAPHS!

Photographs  are everywhere: In living  rooms  and  offices, on computer desktops  and cell  phone screens. But why  do  people actually like  taking  and  looking  at  photographs   so much? It s belief  that  they do it for  a  variety  of  reasons.

First and foremost, people love taking and looking at photographs  because, in this way, they are  able to  remember places they have been  to  or  past  events  in  their lives. For example, photographs can  help us  remember  an enjoyable summer  or winter  holiday,  the  exciting  activities  we took  part  in  and  the  beautiful  landscapes  that  surrounded  us.

What is  more, taking photographs is  a hobby  for  many  people. There  is  no doubt that photography is  an  art form,  so it  is  a  way  for  people  to  create and express  themselves, and even, for professional photographers, to make a  rewarding career. For some people photography is a passion, even though they don' t regard themselves as artists. When  they look  at  the  photographs they have taken, they feel satisfaction  and  happiness.

On the whole,  photographs  are  an  integral  part of our life. They not only fill  us  with memories, but are also a means for some of us  to  express  our artistic abilities.

TIME AND FRIENDS!

Nowadays, people work so much that they neglect  their friends and don' t have the time to  make new ones. Why doew this happen?

First  of all,  people  can' t  afford  not to  work  these  days. The cost  of  living  is  so high  that  people  must work  more and more to be  able to pay for their  ever-increasing electricity, telephone and  supermarket  bills. Furthermore,  people  have  become compulsive  shorters  and  they  buy so much  that  they sometimes  have to get a second job to finance their trips to the clothes  shops,  hairdressers and  electronics stores. This means that  they don' t  have time  left over to  keep company  with their  friends.

However, people  should  spend more  time with their  friends, as a  number of  studies  have  proved  that  friendships  are  very important.  If  you  want  to  make  new  friends,  joining  a sports club  or  an  art club is a  good  way  to  go  about  it. As far as spending  time  with your old  friends  is  concerned,  why  not do something  simple  that  both  you and  your  friends  enjoy doing, like  taking  a walk in  the  country or  listening  to  music?

To  sum  up, socializing  with  friends  is  essential  and  we  should  devote  more  time  to  it.

HOW SOMEONE CAN LEARN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND USE IT EFFECTIVELY!

Learn  a foreign language takes time and dedication. However, there are some extremely useful things you can do to help your progress.

First  and  foremost, you  should  devote as  much  time and  effort as possible  to  learning  the  language. If you don´t do this, your progress will be rather slow and you may get bored with it. Secondly, you  should  concentrate  on  learning  correct  grammar as  this  will  improve  not  only  your speaking, but also your writing skills.

Another enjoyble way to get  affective results  is to listen to your favourite  music, read  simple  books, and  watch   films  that  you like in  the target  language.  In this way you will learn how the language  is really used.  Furthermore, you should use the language as much as possible. For instance, you could  find a  pen friend or a  friend  through  the internet who is a native speaker  of the  foreign  language and chat with him or her. In this way,  you  will definitely  improve your fluency.

To sum up, in order to learn  a foreign  language  and use it effectively,  it´s important to study as  much  as possible and take advantage of every possible opportunity to use it.

A LETTER TO MY FRIEND ABOUT MY LAST HOLIDAY PLACE!

How is everything there. Did  you do well in your exams. I remember you saying you will be visiting Santorini this  Summer. That´s why I´m writing.  I was there last year, so I can give you all the information you  need.

To begin with, you couldn´t have chosen a better destination!  Santorini  is  a  beautiful  volcanic  islant, with crystal-clear waters. All  the houses on the island  have been built in the traditional style and there are plenty of hotels, shops, restaurants and bars so you won´t get bored. The inhabitants of Santorini are very polite, helpful  and hospitable and they will make you feel most welcome. What´s more, the view of the sunset is  breathtaking and I  remember  spending many evenings  sitting on  the shore while I watched  the sun set  slowly   below the distant horizon.

There are many activities to do on Santorini as well.  You can choose  from a  variety of  water sports, which I know  you are really  keen on. You can go scuba-diving, wind- surfing and jet-skiing! There are also many places of interest to visit, such as the volcano, the ancient acropolis, and the museum.

Visiting Santorini is an unforgettable experience. Write to me and tell me  what your holiday  was  like.

SCHOOL SUBJECTS

All school  subjects are important, but I  believe that history is one of the most important ones.

To begin with, I  believe  that history should be taught  to all students, as it is unacceptable for them not to know  about the past of their country. To put it onother way, all students have to realize how their country was formed so it is essential that they be taught about the struggles, achievements and sacrifices of their ancestors.

What is more, history is significant as it makes the younger generation aware of the mistakes of the past and prevents them from repeating them in the future. There is a saying that  ¨history repeats itself´.   For  this  reason,  the  mishaps  of  the  past should be used as examples for young people so that they do not fall  into  the  same trap. In other words. history can prepare students for the difficult situations they may have to deal with in the future.

All  in all, experience is the mother of wisdom. And as youth cannot  experience the past at first hand, a good knowledge of history will  provide them with the experience they need. This is why history is a subject that should always be taught in schools!

HOLIDAY WITH FAMILY OR WITH FRIENDS

Holidays  are  the  most enjoyable times of a teenager' s life. Some teenagers enjoy going on holiday with their families, while others prefer going on holiday with their friends. Personally, I would rather go on holiday with  my  friends.

To begin with, vacationing with my friend gives me the opportunity  to  feel  free  and  independent. That is to say, neither of my parents are close by to tell  me what to do or where to go. As a result, I can decide on my own and do the actinities that I enjoy or visit the places I  want to. In this way, I can share common experiences with my peers, which is a natural part of growing up.

What is more, my parents are always telling me that I should be more responsible. Going on holiday with my friends  teachers me responsibility as I have to get by on my own. For example, I have to take care of myself and manage my own money, so I become not only more responsible but also more  mature.

To conclude, teenagers can gain a lot from going on holiday together and I really think that parents should give them the opoortunity  to do this.
